Eternal Paws was founded with a deep understanding of the profound bond we share with our beloved pets. Recognizing the need for a more compassionate and dignified farewell, we were inspired by our own experiences of saying goodbye in impersonal settings, often leading to uncertainty about their aftercare and unexpectedly high costs. We envisioned an alternative – a way to truly honor their memory with the respect and dignity they so richly deserve.

Driven by this heartfelt necessity, Eternal Paws was created to provide a fitting sendoff for the loyal companions who gave us their unconditional love, unwavering happiness upon our return, and steadfast support through every challenge. After significant dedication and investment, Christine and her family lovingly established the original Norton location in 2017.

Like any endeavor rooted in genuine care, word of mouth quickly spread as pet parents recognized the heart behind Eternal Paws. Embraced by a growing community, families began traveling considerable distances to experience our compassionate service. To better serve these cherished clients and uphold the same standard of care they had come to expect from the Eternal Paws family, we expanded and opened a secondary location in Berea.
